CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

Each canvas painting is an authentic one-of-a-kind original artwork canvas painting. This canvas painting was created by the artist in 2022 and 2023 and utilized fluid art pouring techniques to achieve the pearl cell outcome. This Artwork was derived from the artist's own observation, imagination, sketch or photograph.

The artist retains the sole copyright of the original painting design. All copyrights and reproduction rights are also retained by artist. This artwork may not be reproduced by any process without the expressed written permission of the artist. Any unauthorized reproduction is in violation of U.S. copyright law. All information and statements contained herein are true and correct.

Packaging materials have been carefully selected to reduce the impact on the environment whilst still ensuring your artwork gets to you in perfect condition.  Should your address not be accepted at checkout, please contact us and we will try to find a solution. Orders are dispatched generally within 3-7 days depending on if I'm in town or traveling, but will advise you after purchase.  The package should arrive within 1-2 weeks depending on shipping vendor.  Sometimes the shipping vendor has delays.  All shipments are made using the most efficient and cost effective shipping route.

Sales are final however, in some circumstances, I am willing to be flexible.  In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged artwork, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, we will endeavor to work out a solution with you.  Please be advised on my paintings that each one is completely unique and thus a duplication can not be made. I can make similar colors and size of canvas.  Thank you.
